Health and Safety
The parts of the Hydrotech Cloth Filter which require routine maintenance have been mounted externally on the filter to provide safe and easy access by technicians.
Due to its new innovative design, the filter panels weigh only 3kgs when wet. This makes it safer for technicians to remove the panels by hand for cleaning and completely eliminates the need for a lifting crane.
Operational Reliability
The new Hydrotech Cloth Filter: Confidence Series employs patented Wedged Hem Interchangeable Panel (WHIP) technology mounted on the tried and tested Hydrotech Disc Filter platform. Compared with other cloth filter options, this technology enables 80% quicker removal and cleaning of the filter panels, resulting in significantly less plant downtime and site disruption.
Performance
Our industry standard cloth media has a nominal particle removal of 5 micron, enabling robust suspended solids and phosphorus reduction.
