PRECISION MANUFACTURING for ultrapure performance
Every Veolia ultrapure water (UPW) system is built in a controlled cleanroom environment, combining advanced fabrication, ISO-certified quality processes, and digital traceability to ensure absolute reliability from day one.
BUILT IN CLEANROOMS. PROVEN IN FABS.
Veolia manufactures its UPW systems in purpose-built cleanroom facilities to the same exacting standards demanded by the semiconductor fabs they serve. From orbital welds to polymer joints, every component is fabricated, inspected, and documented to eliminate variability and contamination. The result: repeatable quality, faster commissioning, and long-term performance you can trust.
CLEANROOM MANUFACTURING FOR CONTAMINATION-FREE BUILDS
UPW systems are only as pure as the environments they’re built in. Veolia’s ISO-certified fabrication centres operate under strict cleanroom classifications to ensure every weld, seal and assembly meets semiconductor water purity expectations.
Every component is tested under controlled conditions before shipping, including hydrostatic testing, helium leak detection and visual QA under UV light for weld integrity.
MODULAR DESIGN & ASSEMBLY
SMART, MODULAR SKIDS FOR FAST & REPEATABLE DEPLOYMENT
Veolia's modular fabrication approach not only reduces onsite construction risk and accelerates fab ramp-up, but is engineered to overcome complex logistical challenges, such as installations in tight spaces or with limited access, ensuring seamless integration into your fab. Systems are pre-assembled and factory-tested prior to delivery, minimising field work and ensuring predictable quality and schedule.
ADVANTAGES
- Shorter project timelines through parallel fabrication and site readiness
- Simplified installation: Plug-and-play connections validated at factory
- Modular design enables scalable capacity expansions
- Consistent global build quality across all Veolia facilities
Documented Quality from Design to Delivery
Through our QA/QC management system, customers receive full visibility into material certifications, pressure test results and inspection records, ensuring total transparency.
QA Features:
- Material traceability via serial IDs and barcodes
- Digital inspection checklists and hold-point verification
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) under simulated process conditions
Skilled Workforce, Certified Expertise
Veolia’s fabrication and field teams undergo continuous training in cleanroom protocols, polymer welding, and pressure vessel assembly.
Certifications include:
- Orbital welding qualification (ASME Section IX)
- Pressure testing and inspection certifications
- Electrical and control panel assembly per UL/CSA standard
PERFORMANCE VALIDATED BEFORE IT REACHES YOUR SITE
Each UPW system is subjected to a comprehensive Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) before shipping, verifying hydraulic performance, instrumentation accuracy and automation logic. This pre-validation allows for minimal startup time on site and rapid integration into fab operations.
