Our seven steps to success:

Your Emergency Water Plan will be mobilised as follows:

1. Call our emergency hotline and quote your EWP number.

2. Our friendly mobile water expert will confirm or update your EWP details.

3. Your dedicated assets (Veolia MobileFlow ion exchange trailers) and engineer will be on their way to your site within 2 hours of your call to us. We confirm our estimated time of arrival.

4. On arrival, our engineer works with your team to ensure fast and seamless connection to your utilities and commissioning.

5. Once the assets are fully operating, our engineer will provide some basic training to allow your operational team to safely and reliably operate our plant. 

6. Commissioning documents will be completed and passed to your onsite contact.

7. Our engineer will be available to remain on site for the duration of the service or they may leave once you have confirmed your ongoing requirements and are satisfied with the service.
