The client needed to expand pure water production capacity at their southeast England facility to meet US pharmacopoeia standards, enabling the manufacture of new allergy relief products alongside their existing consumer healthcare goods.

 

## The Solution

We recommended installing an ORION™ 2000S unit to provide an additional 2000 L/hr of purified water. This pharmaceutical-grade system combines pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and continuous electro-deionisation technologies. It features hot water sanitisation capabilities and enhanced sustainability through optimised water recovery and reduced energy consumption.
